Rivvia Sales Contractor Application

Rivvia’s sales opportunities operate under a 1099 Independent Contractor model, meaning compensation is commission-based and no hourly or guaranteed pay is provided. These roles require door-to-door outreach, local travel to newly activated fiber markets, and the ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment. Applicants must be able to pass a standard background check and follow all provider compliance guidelines. By completing the application, you acknowledge that you understand these requirements, have reviewed the contractor expectations, and are applying for a commission-only sales position where individual results and income will vary.
Independent Sales Contractor Disclosure
By applying to Rivvia Sales, you acknowledge that all sales positions are offered strictly under an Independent Sales Contractor (1099) status. Rivvia does not employ sales representatives as W-2 employees, and no employer–employee relationship is created by participating in the application process, training, onboarding, or active field work.
As an Independent Sales Contractor:
• You are not entitled to wages, hourly pay, overtime, benefits, or guaranteed compensation of any kind.
• All income is earned strictly through commission-based compensation, which will vary based on your performance, market conditions, and lead availability.
• You are responsible for managing your own schedule, methods of work, and tax obligations, including quarterly tax payments and appropriate business expense documentation as required by law.
• You maintain full discretion over how, when, and where you perform your work, consistent with Rivvia’s contractor guidelines and provider compliance requirements.
• Your ongoing engagement is contingent upon passing a background check and adhering to partner policies, industry regulations, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
